Our experienced facilitators will assist you with identifying the right path to begin your journey in the implementation of PBIS. Research indicates that implementation of PBIS with fidelity typically averages about 3-5 years for Tier 1 and requires a strong commitment from administration. SPEC facilitators will provide answers to questions about the implementation timeline and process.

T here are many options for implementation. Each early childhood program and LEA is unique. Therefore, one size does not fill all. In order to provide the right level of support for each program, SPEC facilitators will provide a no cost on-site or remote needs assessment. This needs assessment will provide administration with options to begin the implementation process. We also recognize that each program and LEA has resource limitations. Our experienced team of professionals can help explore a variety of ways to support funding; which may include submission of applications for grant funds.
